WHAT WE FIRST NEED TO KNOW
- You are the majority and controlling party of the IP and product, and free to openly discuss with BOS GLOBAL your requirement for the Sales Angel offering
- You are willing to enter discussion, with the knowledge that BOS GLOBAL and it’s company operations is in the Business of Sales and not your business, product or idea (unless it relates to sales processes, then we have a conflict that needs to be managed upfront)
- Your IP and product is a technology and at least in the area of
- Environment
- Banking and Finance
- Security and networking
- Healthcare
- Food
- You are willing to freely demonstrate the product (or if IP, then at least by presentation) at the 1 st meeting
- You operate and your IP and product is contained within a company, government or university entity
- You and your company, is solvent and has surplus working capital or at least capital reserves to operate without the involvement or support of the Sales Angel offering.
If during the first meeting or subsequent meetings the above is not the case, you will be charged AUD250 per hour per person, for time spent by BOS GLOBAL and any of our 3 rd party resources engaged in the support and assessment of your enquiry. By approaching BOS GLOBAL for Sales Angel, it is accepted that you have read and understood this whole section, and readily accept the charges you will be liable for.
