WHAT IS THE PROCESS AND TIMING

Step 1 – approximately one hour

This is the initial two-way discussion between BOS GLOBAL Director (Sales Angel representative) and the business founder and major shareholder (Client seeking Sales Angel help). There is no need for non disclosure agreements as what is discussed, should be readily accessible in the public domain or limited in discussion (remember, make it too hard and no one will want to help you!).

Both parties meet their own costs.

Step 2 – within three to five days

We complete our feasibility with you. Likewise, you undertake your due diligence about us. The outcome to move forward results in a Letter of Engagement prepared by us.

Both parties meet their own costs.

Step 3 – within seven days

We start working together as contracted and equity partners in your business.

Step 4 – at a point in time

We will agree to change the relationship or exit the relationship by mutual agreement, or in the negative case alternative dispute resolution.
