WHAT IS BOS SALES ANGEL

BOS Corporate is our internal funding mechanism to help new and emerging businesses and research organisations achieve their sales goals, by way of financial support to fund sales capability (i.e. proven sales people), sales processes and up to AUD20,000.00 cash (in exchange for share equity, and potentially Board position).

Over a six month period, this investment has a minimum carrying value of AUD100,000.00 and subject to individual business requirements.

Once agreed and approved between BOS GLOBAL and your entity, we will work with you as a sales equity partner to

• Source, present and potentially sign new channel partners (e.g. Agent, distributor or reseller)
• Source, present and potentially sign new direct client/s (meaning they buy your product direct)
• Implement sales processes, reporting and management
• Outsource sales (if applicable)

BOS GLOBAL provides the internal funding, sales resource/s and sales processes without contribution from a 3 rd party. This may change in the future, and BOS GLOBAL reserves the right to change at any point in time.

WHAT BOS SALES ANGEL DOES NOT DO (meaning provide services and/or invest cash for)

Product development

Marketing (including sales collateral, branding, website or promotions – we can suggest a 3 rd party at your cost)

Financial risk of your idea and business opportunity

Fund the cost of Director Liability Insurance (in the event BOS GLOBAL Director is appointed to your Board)

Additional equity / capital raising (we main our equity holding at all times, meaning no dilution)

Accept any liability whatsoever, that you or the company commit to

Your costs to enter into any agreement with BOS GLOBAL or its nominated subsidiary
